History of Shapoorji Pallonji
Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, or SP Real Estate, was founded in India by Mr. Pallonji Mistry. In 2012, the management was handed over to his grandson, also named Pallonji Mistry, and the company’s headquarters is now located in Mumbai.
The company began as Littlewood Pallonji in 1865. Its first project was paving the streets in Girgaum Chowpatty, followed by participation in the construction of a reservoir on Malabar Hill that supplied Mumbai with water for over 100 years.
